Katja Conrath is Chief Scientific Officer at MRM Health, where she leads scientific strategy and research programs advancing next-generation microbiome-based therapeutics. With more than two decades of experience spanning antibody engineering, drug discovery, and translational medicine, she has held leadership roles across research and development, guiding multidisciplinary teams from target identification through clinical evaluation. Prior to MRM Health, Katja contributed to the advancement of multiple preclinical and clinical-stage programs, combining deep scientific expertise with a passion for translating innovative science into therapies that improve patient outcomes.
