Giana Jarrah

Giana Jarrah is the Founder and CEO of With Meraki Co., a women’s health company focused on advancing vaginal and urinary wellness through science-backed education and innovation. A biomedical engineer by training, Giana was inspired to launch the company after experiencing recurrent chronic UTIs and antibiotic resistance firsthand. Motivated by a lack of effective long-term solutions and awareness around vaginal health, she conducted laboratory research on probiotics and their role in genitourinary health. Today, she is dedicated to breaking stigma, empowering women, and developing evidence-based solutions that support lifelong wellness.
